TERMS & CONDITIONS:
FINAL SALE POLICY: Returns WILL NOT be not accepted if saddle is purchased final sale at the discounted price.
TRIAL POLICY: Trials are automatic when saddle is purchased at full price through EquestrianAF.com and begin the day saddle is received by you.
**There is a $150 Restocking Fee if saddle is returned to us.** See details below.
Trial lasts 5 days (can be extended if necessary and arrangements have been made.). If you decide to return the saddle, you must notify us & have it in the mail to us on the 5th day. Saddle must be sent via FedEx or UPS – insured with tracking – Saddle CANNOT be sent using USPS as they have not been reliable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and providing tracking info.
If saddle is returned within this timeframe or within timeframe agreed upon, original payment will be refunded (less $150 restocking fee) within 24 hours of receiving the saddle. If we haven’t heard from you in that time frame, sale becomes final.
Your trial is your time to look over the saddle, and check fit for you and your horse. You are welcome to have any of our saddles inspected by your fitter or trainer but no alterations can be done during trial.

All saddles and accessories are sold as is. We, Atelier AF LLC (DBA Equestrian AF) are not the manufacturer therefore we do not offer any guarantee or warranty on any saddles or accessories we sell.
Under no circumstances shall Atelier AF LLC (also DBA Equestrian AF) and all of its officers, directors, owners or employees of Atelier AF LLC or Equestrian AF be liable for any damages or injury, including any direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, that may result, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the website, information available in the website, delivery of the goods or the merchandise itself.
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Illinois.
